ABSTRACT

Review of data trends during internal method audits combined with knowledge of the technical aspects of an analytical procedure can be used to enhance overall method performance and data quality. Innovative compilation of data trends and effective root cause analysis of the data patterns and anomalies can provide clues to improve current laboratory techniques and procedures that can then enhance overall method data accuracy and precision and regulations. For a variety of analytical procedure types, examples of the data which can be compiled and reviewed is demonstrated along with a discussion on the procedural changes made and the resulting improvements in data quality elements being measured.

Discussions on MDL, Blank Data, LOD data as related to MUR 2017 updated MDL procedure and other topics.
Have MDLs for most methods going back to 2003....and for last couple of years by MUR 3 day procedure and now blanks
