Hannah Gerrish

Hannah Gerrish is a fourth year undergraduate honors student at the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF), studying biology with minors in music and French. Gerrish has spent two years working at the UAF Wildlife Toxicology lab, where she has assisted with several projects as well as graduate student work. She received a Biomedical Learning and Student Training (BLaST) Undergraduate Research Experience (URE) award in 2016 to carry out her own research. Most of this work has been centered around mercury accumulation in Alaskan fish. Gerrish spent a year abroad in Sweden attending Umea University and intends to go to France the coming school year.
