James Rosenblum

Dr. James Rosenblum is a Scientist at Jacobs, in their Drinking Water and Reuse group out of the Denver, CO office. James was formerly a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Environmental Engineering Program at the University of Colorado, Boulder for four years. His research aimed at improving water reuse practices and reuse of impaired waters (presently focusing on the oil and gas industry) through chemical characterization, toxicity assessment, and the development of treatment technologies specific to hydraulic fracturing produced water. His research utilizes both liquid and gas chromatography with high-resolution mass spectrometry, in-vitro bioassay, advanced oxidation and biological treatment approaches. James has a PhD and MPH from The Ohio State University College of Public Health, Environmental Health Sciences division and a BS at Eastern Michigan University in Biochemistry.
