ABSTRACT
Over the years, the Contract Laboratory Program has developed a variety of new tools that are used to follow up on routine data review and verification activities. In this presentation, we will demonstrate how these tools are used to evaluate data to identify improper laboratory practices. Several scenarios will be presented, involving audience participation, to identify the responsible person, and to understand their likely motivation.
